We started dried fruit sector in 1964, by poducing food machinery. Stem sorting machine for raisins, dried fig and dried apricot washing machines, grinders for cereal processing, are amongst our machinery products, for domestic market demands.

We produced diced and sliced(julienne) cutting machinery for dried fruit producers. Fruits like dried figs and dried apricots were cut on conveyor belt, in these first-generation machines.

We designed Turkey's first dried fruit pasting machine. Dried fruits were pasted by manuel mincing machines, before our design. More than 10.000 ton product could be pasted, after our pasting machine.

We renovated our dried fruit pasting machine, which we designed in 1985.  This renovated version was the base, for the pasting machine we use today.

According to usage area or customer demand, we could crush the seeds of dried figs in the pasting process and arrange the consistency of the paste, like soft or hard, with our renovated pasting machine. 

We made a revolution with the new version of dried fruit cutting machine we produced in 1998. This machine, which decreased the contamination and wastage rate of dried fruit, in cutting process, was a milestone for the industry.

We also started contract manufacturing, by processing diced product of 55 dried fruit company, with our new machine.

Our family's second generation stepped in dried fuit sector, at the same time we started contract manufacturing, with our new cutting machine.

By the year of 2010, we became a complete food premises, by establishing our production facility in İTOB (Izmir Chamber of Commerce Organized Industrial Zone).

Rice flour is the most important input product of dried fruit cutting process. In the beginning years of our production, we were supplying rice flour from producers.

But in 2011, we started our own rice flour production, for gaining full control on parameters, like pathogen and microbial rate, of the product.

We built our own pasting line, after establishing our production facility.

We started to produce high quality dried fruit paste, with our latest version of our pasting machine, by sorting out hard substances, like stem or little stones, in dried fruits.

We started to develop our facility, for high quality production.

During this development period, by building new storage areas, quality control systems and laboratory to our production facility, we started to become a brand, too.

We started to export our products, in 2014, after gaining the full control of our production phases, for obtaining the highest quality.

Today, we are supplying for the producers, who are looking for qualified and innovative production, from many parts of the world.

We are developing and growing more, by the time passing and we are proceedig to enrich the values, offered by our lands.
